Convert WORD document with Graphics to HTML
Finally, if you convert a WORD document to HTML that has pictures or images,
you have just a little more work -- you need to make sure the graphic or image
filea re also loaded!
Example
I have a WORD document sample3-onepage.doc that I want to convert to HTML.
1. When you select the File > Save as HTML within Microsoft WORD, it generates
not only the HTML (.htm) file, but also any image files associated with it.
In my case, there are three files:
2. Create the Container page, as before, but this time browse and select the
generated both the .htm file AND the two image files.
3. Be sure to click on the .htm file before making it the default ( Edit > Set Default )
