Step 2

Go to the first page on the actual sequence line (the one I renamed as 'News')
Click on Format > Edit Page Layout
A new page appears telling you that you are editing a the page layout labeled "text"
Click on the button labeled 'New Page Layout', and enter a name for your new page template. Perhaps, something line 'Text - No Borders'
Right click on the left frame, click Properties > Page Area, and UNcheck 'Show this border', then OK
Right click on the top frame, click Properties > Page Area, and UNcheck 'Show this border', then OK
You should end up with an 'all white' page layout, with no borders
Click Finished
Now you need to apply this new page template (Text - No Borders) to each of the other pages on the sequence line
You can do this one page at a time, by selecting the page, then clicking on Format > Apply Page Layout.  Click on the appropriate page template, and select apply.
Note: click 'No' if you get a message saying that you have made changes to the page, and asking if you wish to keep these changes
Repeat for each of the other pages
Finally, you will want to identify or change the name assigned to each of these pages.  Right click on each page, click Properties > Page, and in the 'Short Title' field enter an appropriate one word title.
Note: what you type in this field will be used to name your page on your web site, and CSB will automatically add the .htm suffix.  So, if you enter news for a short title, that page will be named news.htm when published
