Access the Form Wizard

1. Click on the 'Web Gem' toolbar icon -or- click on Insert -> Web Gem

2. From the 'Pick a category' area, click on 'Learn about visitors to your site'

3. From the 'Pick a Web Gem' area, click on 'Form Wizard'

4. Click on the 'Choose' button
