How do I insert a movie file?

You have a movie file and you wish to add to your web site for people to view.

How to use:
|
First, understand that there are many different file formats that movies can be stored, including:
Real Adio/Video - .rma
Windows - .wma, .wmv
Second, pay attention to the size of the movie file you wish to load. The bigger it is, the longer it will take to download, And remember that many of your users may still be on dial up lines!
Third, remember that your visitors will need a program capable of displaying (viewing) a movie file. Not all visitors will be running Windows XP.
To insert a movie file, simply:
1. Click on Insert > Picture > Video File
2. Browse for your movie filer
3. Click OK
