Solution:

Here's how to download and install BLaunch.

1. Click here to download the software to your PC. If you get an Open or Save window, click on Save.

2. Save the file (blinstall.exe) to either your desktop or 'My Documents' directory.

3. Once the .exe file has been dowloaded to your computer, you will get a Dowload complete message. Go ahead and click on Close.

4. Now, locate and double click on the 'blinstall.exe' file that you downloaded, in order to install it. Click Yes to begin the install.

5. Click Next.at the Welcome screen.

6. Click Next again at the Information screen.

7. Click Next at the Select Destination screen.

8. Click Install at the Ready to Install screen.

9. Click on Finish at the Completing the Backup Launch screen.

10. Click Yes to create a BLaunch shortcut icon onto your desktop.

11. Click OK on the Icon Installed window

12. You should find the BLaunch icon (as shown below) on your desktop
