AF Hosting is fairly straightforward to set up, with one difference ... you need to make sure you enter public_html as your FTP directory!  Check out AF Hosting for more information

Enter your domain name again.

Your username and password.

Passive Mode
yes/no -- Leave passive mode enabled to begin with.  If you encounter problems publishing, try disabling it.
