Sympatico consists of several regional Canadian web servers, each distinct, but probably very similar in set up.  We recently helped a new user to get CSB configured to work with Sympatico.  As usual, once we got the correct "settings", it worked like a charm!

To access your Sympatico's web site via FTP through your browser, try entering the following URL:  ftp://userid:password@www3.ns.sympatico.ca
