Dependable Host may also be known as Speedy Domain.  Once again, setup is fairly straighforward.  They do require the FTP directory to be set to /web .   Note: I have identified the default file name (for the home page) as index.html .  If you prefer to make it  to index.htm (which is acceptable by this web provider), it will be necessary for you to manually access your web site and delete the index.html file. To access your web site via FTP through your browser, try entering the following URL:  ftp://userid:password@www.yoursite.com For more information, go to Speedy Domain's Support page at: http://www.speedydomainregistration.com/index.php?action=support And thanks to Lianna for providing this information!

Web Site Address	The complete URL address given to you by Speedy Domain, similar to: http://www.yoursite.com

FTP User Name / Password	The username and password given to you by Sympatico
Default Filename	index.html -or- index.htm (requires you to manually delete the file index.html from your web site)
Passive Mode	yes
