Description:

This is an alternative to the Trellix/CSB built-in form Mailer Wizard.
When the form is done, simply create a text or image link to a URL that will look something like this: http://formmail.to/yourform
|
How to use:
|
Preliminary:
1. Go to http://formmail.to to create your Form.
2. Click to create your form now. They provide several default forms that you can select from as a basis, and then customize
 3. For example, I created a form and named it 'csbresponse'. I can access it by using the following URL: http://formmail.to/csbresponse
